I'm on a mission!

So...some bad news last week. Things have been pretty slow at work since the holidays and I've been wondering how I was going to hold things together only getting a day, sometimes two a week. Well, I don't have to wonder any longer. I got the call last week...cost cuts...which means me!

So now, I'm on a mission! I am looking for another job but in the meanwhile I want to work on my blog...and do LOTS of sewing!

I have a list of things I would like to make:

1. Quilted Wine Bottle Gift Bag / Carrier / Tote (whatever you want to call it!)
2. Tote Bag / Purse (I have a couple different ones I've been wanting to try)
3. BJD Outfits (to go with those gorgeous sweaters that I've been making forever)
4. Mug Rugs
5. Quilted iPod / Cell Phone Pouch
6. Baby Booties (I got a really cute pattern for some animal ones)
7. Baby blankets (both knitted and sewn)
8. Tube Pencil Case (I smell a tutorial coming!)

Off the top of my head, that's it for now. They are in no specific order and I'm sure there are a lot more.

I'm still working on a custom BJD outfit. It's almost finished now. It takes so much longer to do outfits from a picture. You have to sort of guess how it's going to go together ahead of time and sometimes when you guess wrong you end up taking things apart to do it differently. That was sort of how it went today but it is coming along and I should have pictures by Wednesday. I'm sure it's owner will be happy too! This outfit has taken far too long to be completed!
