Finally done...

I have to admit that I am terrible at finishing projects...of the knitted or crochet type. I love the needle work but hand sewing things together or getting the buttons finally on are somewhat of a challenge for me. I'm not really sure why because I do tend to be more of an instant gratification kind of gal. I like things that make up quickly. That must be why I've always liked baby items and now dolls LOL!! (Not to mention the cute factor :)
A friend was expecting a baby not quite a year ago and I did up two sweater sets...one for a boy and another for a girl. Well a girl it was! She was born last January. The poor little blue set has sat on the end table amongst a pile of other unfinished projects since! I decided on the weekend that it was time to "tidy" up my work spot a little and decided to get those dang buttons on and get it up on my website so some sweet little guy could wear it...

The buttons are actually matching blue but the light is playing tricks on them :)
